Jim and I wanted to thank you for helping us sell our home in Redondo Beach in less than one month.

With your aggressive marketing plan and broad contact base, you were able to show our home to more than 50 individuals in the first two weeks.  This made all the difference in the world.  As you know we had the house on the market with another (discount) realty firm and had less than 10 showings during their three-month contract.

Since we had moved out of the state and purchased another home we really wanted to sell the house before Christmas.  We realized that the approaching holidays were going to add to this challenge.  Upon the termination of that unsuccessful contract, in late October, we decided to look for a realty company and agent with a strong record of selling property in the South Bay.  Through issues of the Beach Reporter, we identified Shorewood Realtors as the realty with the most listings in the area.  We then identified the agents with the highest number of listings three months earlier and searched current listings of those properties to see how many were still available.  Jerry, in my research you had the both the highest number of listings and moved all but one property during that time period.

Your proactive customer service has made working with you a refreshing change.  Unlike our previous realtor, you kept us in the loop on every step and communicated with us on a weekly basis (often we spoke a few times a week).  You answered our calls, and emails promptly and provided us with good, solid, fact-based advice.  Your experience of working with out-of-state clients and time zone differences was evident in the timing of your phone calls and emails.  Your offer to take care of items left in the house to save us a trip back was above and beyond.  You’re a terrific realtor (and a nice guy)!

Through this experience we learned that in a tough market having the right Realtor is the difference between selling a home and just listing a home.  We still have many friends in the Los Angeles area and will confidently recommend you to all of them.

It has been two years since you helped us obtain the house of our dreams.  Beth and I thought we should send you a belated note of thanks for all you have done.

Did Beth ever tell you the story of our “dream list?”  We had developed this list of features we wanted in a home to help us remodel our home in West Torrance at that the time.  We found it about six months after we had moved into our new home and were astonished to find that we had all we wished for and more.  God is good!
